Pre-formed tiles are manufactured to the thickness required and color desired and then delivered and installed onsite. The tile consists of post-consumer recycled elongated shredded rubber mixed with a polyurethane binder and mechanically compressed for extra durability. Colors are created using specially formulated pigments for the wear and tear of playground use. A premium top wearing surface consisting of quality EPDM rubber is also available for additional flexibility in color offerings. The tiles are locked together with a unique interlocking system.
